Yoga Nidra Open
We start with very gentle yoga to unwind your body and simple breathing/meditation techniques to calm and focus the mind; giving it room to express its full potential. Finally laying down for a deeply relaxing yoga nidra (guided relaxation), which will encourage you to relax your conscious mind, so you can connect with the power of your subconscious mind. Each week I’ll offer a reflection on a Buddhist principle relating to the theme of the nidra, which can be taken into everyday life.
